Ana Carrilho is an oleologist, consultant and university lecturer with over 25 years of experience in the olive oil sector. She holds a degree in Agro-Industrial Engineering and completed a Master’s in Oliviculture and Olive Oil Technology, as well as training in Management. She has built a strong international career, holding key roles in leading companies such as Esporão. She is a panel leader, juror in prestigious international competitions, and a sensory analysis expert recognized by the International Olive Council (IOC). She currently works as an independent consultant, promoting quality, innovation and sustainability.
