Gian Paolo Fasoli
While employed by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency, he served as Head of the Official Tasting Panel for the organoleptic evaluation of virgin olive oils at the Chemical Laboratory of Verona.
He is currently a member, as a taster, of the professional panel of A.I.P.O. in Verona.
