President of the “Slovenian National Olive Council,” he is responsible for the Chemical Laboratory at the “Science and Research Centre” in Koper, where he conducts numerous research projects in the field of olive oils. He is also the local panel leader as well as of the “National Slovene Panel.” He collaborates with international organizations such as the IOC (International Olive Council) and the European Commission as an expert member in sensory analysis.
