Pino Giordano

Giuseppe Giordano, a junior agronomist, works at ARSAC (Regional Agency for the Development of Calabrian Agriculture) as an Agricultural Extension Specialist in Olive Growing and as Chief Panel Leader of the professional virgin olive oil tasting committee recognized by Mi.P.A.A.F. He organizes and teaches courses for virgin olive oil tasters and serves as a judge in various national and international competitions. He is a speaker in Slow Food’s oil and coffee courses. He is also a taster of table olives and bread, a master taster of cured meats with ONAS (National Organization of Cured Meat Tasters), a coffee taster, and an Espresso Italiano Trainer certified by IIAC (International Institute of Coffee Tasters). Additionally, he has attended numerous sensory analysis courses in tasting traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, wine (AIS Level I), chocolate, honey, and more.
